ERIC SHERBY, Adv., is widely recognised as one of Israel’s leading practitioners in the fields of international litigation and arbitration.
Prior to founding the firm of Sherby & Co., Advs. in 2004, Mr. Sherby headed the international litigation department of one of Israel’s largest law firms.
Mr. Sherby has litigated in trial courts throughout Israel, including the Israeli Supreme Court. He is a member of the panel of arbitrators of the Israeli Institute of Commercial Arbitration, and he served as the primary draftsman of the IICA’s International Rules.
Numerous times in recent years, Mr. Sherby has been appointed by Israeli courts to oversee the taking of evidence in Israel in connection with non-Israeli cases. He has been appointed as an arbitrator several times.
Mr. Sherby has authored numerous articles on international litigation and arbitration, many of which have been published by the American Bar Association and the Israeli Bar Association.
Mr. Sherby graduated from the Columbia University and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
