Gayle Gorvett is the Founder and Managing Director of GGorvett Consulting EURL in Paris where she works as an external legal advisor to multinational companies and entrepreneurs, advising management on negotiation of complex contracts, the implementation and audit of compliance programs, the negotiation of strategic partnerships, and negotiation with potential investors. She uses her dual business and legal background to work closely with management to find the most efficient ways to grow their business. Ms. Gorvett has a J.D. degree from the Northwestern University School of Law, and a B.A. degree in International Business from DePauw University. She is a member in good standing of the New York Bar.
Ms. Gorvett is an international corporate lawyer and advisor with over 16 years of experience advising clients in the US, EMEA and Asia Pacific. She has lived and worked in the United States, Japan and France. She works closely with management as a true partner of the business.
She advises clients on transactions (M&A, JV, Partnerships, Alliances), complex technology contracts (SAAS, Cloud, licenses, joint development agreements, technology transfers, IP Portfolio review), and cross-border negotiations. Ms. Gorvett also acts as a counselor to senior management on international business development, corporate governance and compliance.
As a partner and strategic advisor to her clients, Ms. Gorvett uses her extensive involvement in the local and international community to assist her clients in developing key relationships to expand and promote their business. She works in both French and English.
She is Co-President of the Board of the Northwestern University Kellogg Alumni Association of France, a member of the Advisory Board of the International Legal Affairs Committee of the Association of Corporate Counsel, and the leader of the STEM Working Group of the Women’s Committee of AmCham France.
